Originally produced in Australia in the late 1990's under the name Mad Wombat, this recipe, made with Habanero, won 3rd best international hot sauce in Chili Pepper Magazine's 2000 Annual contest. ​Back in the states, we upgraded the pepper from Habanero to Ghost and changed the name to Mad Cow. Fast forward to 2020 and the beginning of Harvest912.
